Overview

Note: This job is hybrid in NYC, Metropolitan area

 

As an Account Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day activities for assigned accounts, ensuring the flawless execution of media campaigns that support performance goals. You’ll work collaboratively across teams and have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of marketing and media strategy. Prior experience in marketing is a bonus but not required—we’re looking for someone ready to learn and grow quickly.

  • Client Support: Ensure timely delivery of client needs by coordinating with internal teams, including media, research, and analytics.
  • Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates to guide the execution of media campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee campaign QA and billing to ensure accuracy across channels and timeframes.
  • Documentation: Write call reports, internal and client-facing status updates, and detailed briefs to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Market Research: Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, their competitors, and the broader market landscape to drive informed decisions.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have direct reports but includes collaborative oversight of projects within your scope.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A demonstrated interest in marketing and media, with a proactive and curious mindset.
  • Experience in performance or digital media is a plus.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
