The Director of Programmatic manages and leads our programmatic strategy and execution practice. The role acts as the subject matter expert leading programmatic advertising cross-departmentally, via senior leadership, and external partners and clients. In addition, the Programmatic Director role entails heavy expertise and focus on AMS’s programmatic offering.
The successful candidate brings well-rounded experience to oversee and grow the programmatic team. Candidate will be experienced in both programmatic planning and hands on execution, working strategically with other media subject matter experts to drive omni channel plans for account success. The ideal candidate has a self-starter mentality, with the ability to identify supporting factors to drive programmatic to scalable success, driving adoption of programmatic models across Involved & Active through advocacy, training, and client management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role will manage 3 programmatic specialists and 2 programmatic supervisors.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
