Overview

Note: This role has a hybrid work schedule in Pearl River, NY.

 

Are you a strategic and versatile recruiter with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent? AMS seeks a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all departments and levels. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and innovation goals by sourcing and securing exceptional candidates across media, technology, finance, and other corporate domains.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs across diverse functions and levels.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to media, tech, finance, and corporate roles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (e.g., iCIMS, UKG, Rippling).
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on expectations and success profiles.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with compensation and HR teams to ensure competitive and equitable offers.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum requirement of 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, with demonstrated success hiring across media, tech, finance, and corporate functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, systems, and best practices, essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, a must-have.
  • Must demonstrate proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and a high-quality candidate experience.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple business units.
  • Familiarity with DEI hiring practices and employer branding strategies.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Travel

This role does not require regularly scheduled travel.

The salary range for this role is $81,000 - $100,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
