Reporting to the VP, Global Business Development Solutions, the Global Senior CRM Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of AMS’s Salesforce CRM system. This role leads a small, high-performing team and serves as the internal subject matter expert on Salesforce configuration and functionality. The position plays a critical role in executing initiatives outlined in the CRM Solutions roadmap and works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Information Solutions, to deliver scalable solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, expertise in process design, and a proven ability to solve complex problems - delivering CRM technical solutions aligned with business workflows and strategic objectives.

 

Responsibilities

CRM System Administration

  • Design, implement, and optimize complex configurations - including custom record types, automations, and integrations - to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
  • Deliver reports and dashboards that transform CRM data into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor platform health and security by managing system updates, conducting regular audits, and enforcing data governance and compliance standards.
  • Oversee, evaluate, and integrate third-party applications and tools to extend Salesforce capabilities and support business growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specs, solution design records, and knowledge articles.
  • Ensure platform scalability and performance through ongoing technical improvements and solution design.
  • Execute CRM projects along the roadmap, applying strong project management and organizational skills.

 

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of CRM Administrators, providing guidance, technical oversight, and professional development support.
  • Manage team workload and capacity, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability, adaptability, continuous learning, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support growth plans, identifying skill gaps and facilitating training opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.

 

Supervisor Responsibilities

This role oversees a team of two CRM Administrators.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications

  • Expert Salesforce product knowledge and at least 7+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud. Service Cloud a plus.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator are mandatory.
  • Experience working with multiple business units and verticals, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Experience successfully managing a team.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and provide a high-level of customer service.
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency using project management tools such as Asana or Jira is preferred.
  • Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Demand Tools, and Informatica.
  • Experience creating technical documentation to support new build/releases.
  • Working knowledge and use of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and additional CRM tools.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Business Analyst are preferred.
  • Salesforce Developer experience a plus, including working knowledge of related tools such as VS Code.
  • Although most of our user base is in the US Eastern time zone, must be available to work flexible work hours, as needed, to accommodate needs of our global user base.

 Travel

This position does not require any regularly scheduled travel.
