Overview

Summary

As an Associate Account Director on the Client Management team, you will support senior leaders to aid department initiatives and enhance client relationships. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, agencies, and senior management while navigating and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of assigned accounts. You will play a supporting role toward our collective efforts to renew and grow our client relationships.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Articulate AMS value proposition and capabilities in an understandable and cohesive manner
  • Deliver reports for specific clients using Active’s systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft, CMS, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama) and corresponding with media departments for accuracy
  • Maintain an understanding of client's brands, competition, and marketing objectives
  • Fields client questions and proactively reaches out to clients and agencies to manage timelines and deliverables for reporting and status updates.
  • Attend client, agency, and interdepartmental status meetings - recording and summarizing meeting notes
  • Anticipate client needs and is proactive with bringing forth solutions
  • Develop business review materials and key presentations with strategic guidance from senior leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; concentration in advertising, marketing or finance a plus
  • 3-5 years of related experience required (advertising agency or client management a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce and reporting tools (i.e. Power BI) a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel

This position does not require any regularly scheduled travel.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
