Overview

Are you a client-facing media professional ready to take on your next challenge? Involved Media is growing and we’re looking for experienced agency talent to join our Direct Response (Short Form) team. Depending on your background, we are hiring at the Senior Account Executive or Account Director level.

 

Both roles play a key part in managing client relationships, delivering cross-channel campaigns, and driving measurable results across linear TV, CTV/OTT, audio, digital, and paid social.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive (with  5+ years of experience):

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Manage campaign execution from briefing through reporting, across TV, audio, digital, and social.
  • Partner with analytics, buying, and creative teams to optimize performance and deliver insights.
  • Mentor junior staff ensuring work accuracy and professional growth.
  • Contribute to client strategy discussions, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise 1–2 junior team members (e.g., Account Coordinators/Assistants).
  • Travel: This position requires regularly scheduled travel approximately up to 15% of the time.

 

As an Account Director (with 8–10+ years of experience):

  • Act as senior client lead, build long-term partnerships and position Involved Media as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive strategic media discussions, uncover growth opportunities, and lead cross-channel initiatives.
  • Oversee integrated media strategies across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, inspiring a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Lead financial management of accounts including forecasting, budgeting, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: This role will directly manage approximately 2 team members with scope to grow, depending on business needs.
  • Travel: This position requires regularly scheduled travel approximately up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Agency/media experience required: For Sr. AE role (5+ years), for AD (8–10+ years).
  • Hands-on exposure to performance video/TV (linear, OTT/CTV), audio, and digital channels required.
  • Strong project/account management skills necessary to balance multiple clients and campaigns at once.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office necessary; familiarity with media tools like Nielsen, MRI, CORE, or Ad Intel a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and client service skills, are essential.
  • Leadership experience (mentorship for Sr. AE role; direct management for AD).

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
