Overview

Are you a client-facing media professional ready to take on your next challenge? Involved Media is growing and we’re looking for experienced agency talent to join our Client Service team. In the Account Executive role, you’ll , you’ll lead the day-to-day coordination of cross-channel campaigns working across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital. You’ll serve as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners—ensuring campaigns are flawlessly executed and insights are clearly communicated.

 

This is an ideal role for someone with a few years of agency or in-house media experience who’s
ready to take on more ownership and grow toward a leadership path in client services or media
strategy.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive with 3+ years of experience:

  • You’re running meetings, leading projects, and the team knows that projects will run smoothly when you’re on point. You’ve internalized Agency process and can run with things.
  • You’re a step ahead of your manager, anticipating their needs and driving next steps proactively. And you know when to escalate issues and proactively seek guidance.
  • Clients and members of cross-functional departments look to you for knowledge about the
    business, projects and next steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business goals and advocate for their needs across internal teams and external partners.
  • Managesdaily communication on multiple accounts ensuring client deliverables are submitted before or on deadline.
  • Ability to anticipate potential challenges and work with appropriate team members to develop efficient processes and solutions.
  • Work closely with analytics and media teams to evaluate campaign performance, diagnose issues, and contribute to meaningful optimizations.
  • Lead project-related presentations to the client, coordinating inputs across internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues; maintain positive team morale.
  • Take a proactive role in researching industry trends and sharing relevant POVs with internal teams and clients.
  • Prepare, proof and distribute client-facing documents such as agendas, call reports, project briefs, and status updates.
  • Monitor and report on project financials, ensuring accurate billing and forecasting.

Qualifications

We’re seeking someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is passionate about media, and can independently manage projects while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Strong communication and organization skills are essential, as well as a drive to continually grow and improve.

  • Must have 3+ years of agency experience or equivalent client-side experience working on media
    campaigns & reporting.
    o  Video (Linear, CTV) experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management and account management skills.
  • Confident, clear writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing many moving pieces and complex project plans simultaneously.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has the potential for direct supervisory responsibilities. Any changes to managerial status will be discussed ahead of time. The position does require the oversight of assigned account coordinators on specific campaigns.


Travel

This position requires regularly scheduled travel approximately up to 15% of the time

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
