We are seeking a CRM Data Analyst to transform CRM and related business data into clear, actionable insights for sales and revenue teams. In this role, you will design dashboards and reporting that support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking, while partnering with leaders to define meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks.

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career data analyst (2+ years experience) who is eager to deepen their analytical skills and take on increasingly meaningful work. You’ll go beyond building reports - you’ll help shape how teams interpret and use data to make better decisions, delivering practical, trusted insights that create measurable business impact.

This role sits within the Global CRM Solutions team and reports to the SVP, Global CRM & Business Solutions. As part of this collaborative team, you’ll gain handson exposure and mentorship from experienced Business Intelligence professionals, while building practical experience with tools such as Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using CRM and related business data
  • Develop SQL queries and structured datasets to support recurring and ad hoc reporting
  • Translate business requirements into clear visualizations and actionable analysis
  • Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy
  • Help reduce reliance on manual Excel-based reporting processes
  • Document KPI definitions and reporting logic
  • Support ad hoc analysis for leadership and operational teams

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SQL (comfortable writing joins, aggregations, and basic transformations), with a desire to deepen technical proficiency
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences

Preferred

  • Experience working with CRM, sales, or operational data (Salesforce Sales Cloud exposure is a plus)
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and explain insights in clear, practical terms
  • Comfort asking thoughtful questions and validating assumptions before building solutions
  • Experience modernizing Excel-based reporting processes
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in learning new tools or analytical techniques
  • Comfort working in evolving, cross-functional environments
