Overview

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build your career in media and marketing? Involved Media is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the execution of cross-channel campaigns across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operational management of campaigns across multiple clients, products, and channels. You’ll work closely with client service, media, analytics, finance, and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately, run efficiently, and deliver against client goals.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their media career who is excited to learn quickly, take ownership of projects, and grow within client services or media strategy.

As an Account Coordinator:

  • You understand how your day-to-day tasks connect to broader client goals and campaign performance.
  • You proactively follow up on open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You are eager to learn agency processes and develop a strong foundation in media operations and reporting.
  • You build strong, professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners—becoming a trusted and responsive point of contact who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.
  • You anticipate client and team needs by thinking from their perspective, proactively identifying next steps, potential gaps, and opportunities to add value before being asked.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operational processes to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, weekly status documents, meeting recaps, and media briefs.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with analytics and media teams to identify root causes of performance trends and support optimization efforts.
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research leveraging first-party and/or third-party data.
  • Support campaign setup, creative execution, ad trafficking, and ongoing campaign management in alignment with established workflows.
  • Handle weekly and monthly invoicing in partnership with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and workflows as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, operational excellence, and attention to detail across all assigned accounts.

Qualifications

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about marketing and media. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with a natural curiosity and desire to grow.

 

  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Interest in performance or digital media; prior experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct reports but may provide collaborative oversight on assigned projects and support senior team members across campaigns.

Travel
This position may require occasional travel for client meetings or internal team collaboration.

The salary for this role is $46,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
