Support of client communication related to campaign planning, execution, and analytics cross-platform. The Paid Social Media Assistant serves as an integral part of the in-platform operations team supporting key projects and campaigns on their assigned accounts. The ideal candidate has an ability to multi-task, passion for new technology as well as media channels, and eagerness to learn and grow within the digital media team at iNvolved Media.

Note: This position is Hybrid to NYC   The Media Planning Analyst is a data-driven, creative professional who helps plan and evaluate media strategies for a broad portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for analyzing data to provide insights and evidence that power strategic media planning. This role requires strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and present ideas persuasively.

Note: This position is Hybrid to New York City Metro area   The Sr. Planner uses data to plan media strategies, campaigns and tactics that result in the best investment for clients. This role is both creative and analytical, creating effective and innovative media solutions to exceed client’s KPIs.

NOTE: This position is Hybrid with a minimun of 2 days per week in office, located in Pearl River, NY This position is responsible for accounting activities relative to, but not limited to, financial statement preparation, account analysis and reconciliation, cash flow, audit preparation and internal control maintenance. This position will also have responsibilities related to business analysis, system development and usage and other ad hoc projects as needed. The responsibilities of this role may evolve over time and will include broad responsibilities within the finance team.  

Note: This entry-level position has a hybrid work schedule in Pearl River, NY (onsite 3 days, remote 2)   The Sales Associate supports the New Business Development (“NBD”) / Sales teams to provide research based upon templates provided to facilitate the customer prospect and contact effort.   In this regard, this position conducts research to be used in the business verticals for Active’s prospects and clients including organizing research information and entering sales data into the Sales system, Salesforce.   In addition, this position will assist where possible with the preparation and coordination of sales materials with relevance to new business prospecting including presentations, direct mail campaigns, email content / templates, trade show materials, sales sheets and other similar sales marketing materials.  

This position is hybrid in either Pearl River, NY or NYC Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities of the Media Market Specialist are to estimate, evaluate, negotiate, maintain and deliver local broadcast media across Active’s client base.
